Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and in its original packaging and tags. Kindly contact us at info@kinjalmodi.com to assist you on the same. Kindly note, you will have to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

You can return the item/product (exchange) through speed post courier service and share the tracking details with us on info@kinjalmodi.com

Merchandise bought at a discount is considered a final sale and is not eligible for any exchange.

In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when the order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
